Composite coating process

1.Preparation construction drawings.
- Construction locations

- Number of glass layers at each specific location


2.Prepare of construction site.
- Determine construction locations
- Prepare safety and protection equipment


3. Cleaning - Inspection before composite coating - FRP
- Clean the construction site
- Check for unsatisfactory locations
- Treat the surface before implementation

4.Lining.
- Mix the liner as the ratio required
- Apply a thin liner as standard
- Wait for the liner to dry, proceed the next lining
.
5. Fiberglass coating.
- Cut fiberglass as the size required
- Mix the substrate as the ratio required
- Stick the fiberglass to the surface, avoid air bubbles and bulges
- Roll resins

6. Next fiberglass layer coating.
- Execute the next layers like the first one
- Executive until the required number of layers

7. Perform surface treatment before coating.
- Check for uneven positions
- Use a grinder to sharpen protruded and use stone powder for concave positions.

8. Surface coating.
- Mix color as required
- Roll over the surface

9. Cleaning before handover.
- Wait for the surface to dry
- Clean before handover
